I like the concept of this picture - a mage standing on the cliff during the storm. He's got a nice design, although his arms seem to be too short. I'd try to add a bit more texture to the land (I mean, a bit more 'grassy', 'stoney' or something). Anyway, as I said, the whole idea is nice.
